THE GOSPEL IS JESUS CHRIST:
Man has a sin problem with God. It is sin that creates a barrier that prevents man from seeing God as HE reveals himself to be and also prevents us from seeing ourselves as HE sees US.
Sin is transgression of God's Holy Laws. Have you heard of the 10 Commandments? These commandments reveal what sin IS. By our own will we have sinned when we refuse to submit to the authority of our creator. When we sin, we place ourselves under a curse, having broken God's Laws and become enemies of God. God being infinitely Holy, Righteous and Just demands penalty for sin. As we have sinned against him, the penalty is also infinite. The penalty is reflective of the severity of the crime.
Here is our dilemma. How can God 'justify' the wicked while remaining holy and righteous?
Answer?
Substitutionary sacrifice. As WE are NOT perfectly righteous before God, what we offer is unacceptable. We are imperfect. Even if we stopped sinning today, God must still call the past to account.
Enters, Jesus: "Father, I will take the wrath that is due THEM, upon MYSELF."
The Father and the Son agreed to a plan to save man. Jesus submitted to this plan of salvation, to take all of our suffering and God's holy wrath upon himself. HE drank the full cup of God's Holy wrath that was due to US. All of OUR iniquity fell upon HIM. Jesus became for us, sin.
I hear you saying, "then my penalty has been paid and I no longer stand condemned." WRONG: HE has made provision for us to enter into the presence of his Father, through the work of the cross. Jesus lived a perfectly sinless life, under the Laws of God, qualifying himself as the only worthy offering. Before Jesus died upon the cross, he cried out, "it is finished." The resurrection, God's seal of approval on the finished work, demonstrated the all-sufficient offering to satisfy God's justice and atone for mans sin.
Christ defeated death and lives to redeem and save those who would repent of their sins and trust in him for the salvation of their eternal soul.
ONLY through Christ is forgiveness of sin offered and only through confession of sin do we provide God with the basis upon which to forgive. ONLY through Christ is God's mercy and grace received. ONLY through Christ because ONLY Christ is Righteous before God. He has become the WAY into the Holy place. HE has become the gate through which we enter and HE IS the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE. NO MAN comes to the father except by HIM.
HOW??
Repentance. Repent of your sins and place saving faith in Christ and follow him all the days of your life.
This is the gospel concerning the life, death and resurrection of The Lord Jesus Christ. By honoring the Son, you honor the Father who sent him. If you die impenitent, you will indeed die in your sins and be eternally lost. If you repent and believe that Jesus died for your sins and lives to the glory of God, you will be saved.
Never let a man tell you that you have been saved. Leave that to God. It is for God alone to witnesses to a man's salvation. Don't die in your sins.

These poor lost souls who believe Genuine moral and ethical behaviour don't need any motivational promises of rewards, or inhumane sadistic threats of eternal torture. Misguided fools there is only one way into heaven .True believers are not rewarded for moral and ethical behaviour, but for their faith in Jesus.Thus going to heaven and being a moral person is not the same thing. Why cant these Atheists understand this? Let us pray for them to find the true path.
