Wow, what a joke. I believe there is a term for this kind of logical fallacy.... oh yeah: "circular reasoning."
Ben Stein only plays the "antisemitism" card because he cannot actually win in a rational debate.

Ben Ami makes a basic logical fallacy. He argues that because Arab countries and Palestinians are committing crimes, it is justifiable for Israel to do so. He essentially says "two wrongs make a right" -- as if committing further crimes cancels out the original problem. What a joke.

I am a pacifist and a Jewish-American who condemns all violence on both sides of this conflict. However, we must remember that Israel is the occupying power. They are the aggressors. Palestinians are acting in SELF-DEFENSE.
How would you feel if were being held under military occupation?

So your brilliant position is that two wrongs make a right? Because the U.S. committed crimes against humanity, it is okay for Israel to do so? The stupidity of that line of "reasoning" should be obvious.
@aigg
Libertarianism is illogical and unworkable philosophy based on Ayn Rand and other Austrian economists who have been discredited. How can Penn call himself a skeptic or rationalist if he believes in irrational political/economic/social philosophies?
