You could always look under the mmd tag on Nico Nico Douga since that's where the videos came from, not too many people reupload almost every video onto Youtube.
I'm not quite sure how it's touching, but there are a few users that reupload MikuMikuDance videos onto Youtube, not a whole bunch of almost the same thing, but a few. Said users use a lot of VOCALOID or Touhou Project videos.

I dunno who flagged her, but a lot of the videos had copyrighted content (Whether they were inaccurately translated or not.), plus a lot of the MMD videos from Nico Nico Douga are...well, perverted in nature. Some over-sensitive doofus probably reported her for that.
Or someone from over there might have gotten upset because s/he re-uploaded their videos without asking. Whatever the case is, I'll just use NND whenever I'm looking up MMD videos and/or resources.
