Bad things can happen to anyone, and I've had my share as you will see from my posts. But it is how I respond that determines my stress. I believe that stress of any kind ... mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual ... is a signal that I am out of alignment with my natural state of being: BALANCE and EASE. When I am in alignment, experiencing BALANCE and EASE, I experience a spaciousness -- a complete absence of tension throughout my entire being - that reaches deep into my bones. I am able to dance with what life throws my way: adjusting my pace to find that BALANCE between work and play, challenges and flow, with an intuitive EASE. I experience life as a rich tapestry of colors and textures that welcome me in. If what I describe here sings to you, this is what I guide, coach and teach others to experience for themselves.
