Insure Oklahoma's Employer-Sponsored Insurance (ESI) program is available to small businesses that employ 99 or fewer workers.

The public/private partnership allows qualified employees to purchase private health insurance using a combination of program funds and employer and employee premiums.

The employee typically pays about 15 percent of the premium, while the employer pays 25 percent and Insure Oklahoma pays at least 60 percent.
