Kinda plain. I'm not all that into making movies myself, though once I get time and access, I'll take a crack at an AMV or two. We'll see. Until then, my favorites are all I need.

Writing, reading, RPing, drawing, music, friends, family, swimming, culture, and common courtesy, which seems so hard to come by lately.
Movies:
Music videos, comedians, action, horror... no chick flicks, sports movies save for a select few, or gore. Suspense is always the best way to scare the crap out of someone, not to mention frustrate the hell out of them.

Yes; all genres, all languages, all notes, all clefs. Bash music, I'll bash you.
Books:
Pretty much anything that strikes my fancy... mysteries are some of my favorites, though I've enjoyed everything from the Harry Potter series and the Demonata series right up to The Count of Monte Cristo, Dante's Inferno, and even Thoreau's Walden. I take a little something out of everything I read and make it my own, and for that, I owe thanks to the multiple authors that have graced my shelves and the thousands who rest their namesakes in libraries galore.
