@Nicole Hazel That's not a healthy lifestyle! Especially when you're young u need the nutrients to grow and develop! It's actually more productive AND healthier to eat many small healthy meals throughout the day, because if you don't get enough calories you go into starvation mode and yiour body hangs on to every fat cell! A healthy amount of food and moderate exercise over a longer period is the healthy way to do it that will last for the long term! Love yourself :)
