I'm a guitar player that focuses more on playing contemporary Christian music for Sunday morning services. My goal is to play music on Sunday mornings that adds to a worshipful service. The idea is to compliment the band, what is being played to facilitate worship; you don't step on other instruments, play too much and distract, but you step back and play parts that add to the whole thing. It's different than playing for money or attention.
I'm hoping to add more in the future, the videos will be upclose shots of how to play things, so I hope this helps you guys. Check out Ben Gowell with Paul Baloche's band, he has it right on the money but with 10 or 15 years more experience on my 10 years experience playing. I've had studio lessons, private tutoring, music theory, chord and scale theory, and the gamut of styles.
