IN-Q is a Rapper, Actor, Writer, Teacher, and award winning Spoken Word artist. His work has been featured on HBOs Def Poetry Jam, The Battle for LA, NBC, ABC, BET, A&E, Animal Planet, and Nickelodeon. He was 2004s National Poetry Slam Champion and 2007s Hollywood Grand Slam Champion. Always performing and continuously building his fan base, IN-Q makes regular appearances around the country at venues ranging from universities and corporate functions, to nightclubs and major music arenas. He has shared the stage with everyone from President Barack Obama to The Red Hot Chili Peppers. He has also done numerous creative writing workshops for Upward Bound, Colleges, High Schools, Jr. High Schools, libraries, and prisons around California. Most recently IN-Q released his first full length poetry CD, When Two Worlds Collide, to national acclaim. URB Magazines review of the album states, IN-Qs brand of Hip-Hop/Spoken Word, a penetratingly fluent account of what hes been through, paired with retro-funky sampling, is believable, and heartbreaking even. His newest album puts true mastery of rhythmic-artistic-poetry on exhibit.
