The more expensive the items get after being enchanted the more experience you gain in enchanting, and the same rule applies for alchemy so if you want to level them up quicker make the potions and enchants that grant the most money since they also grant the most experience

@MrAudymurphy In skryim you mine Ebony ore from Ebony veins and you make heavy armor and weapons out of it. It requiers a smithing skill of 80 though. But i think Ebony is one of the rarest items in skyrim only found on 3 locations. This is one of those three locations

Really all the enchanted weapons you find without intensions to use you could disenchant. By doing that you learn that enchantment and can later put it on your weapon of choice if you want to
