I don't think you can live on these two foods exclusively since they do not contain the active form of vitamin b12. Good video though.

P90X is a great workout program but the nutritional guide is hogwash. Fat phobic and cholesterol phobic. You would get much better results following a high-fat low carb diet that incorporates high quality foods such as raw milk (full fat) and grass fed beef with the fat on it. Just saying!
