About this user

I moved to Los Angeles, California in August 1996 as a Graduate Fellow in Producing at The American Film Institute. In June 1998, I received my Master of Fine Arts degree from AFI and went on to a begin career as an independent producer and writer, eventually landing as a Post Production Supervisor and Producer at Television's Most Watched Network, CBS. In August 2009, I started the video series and website: iGetNewEngland.com. I started traveling around, primarily on Boston's North Shore, visiting local points of interest and meeting the people behind the scenes at the area's popular attractions. Many times my travels would take me off the beaten path to little known wonders of New England like The Cape Pond Ice Company, the oldest commercial ice manufacturer in the country. The people I met and the stories I discovered inspired me to continue and the followers and fans I acquired along the way made it all the more worth while. Since starting in 2009, I have expanded my web presence, re-designed my website to focus exclusively on video content, and I have even begun to sell DVD compilations of my web-based program.
