Gilda Duhs: Hi this is Gilda Duhs from Coldwell Banker, your coastal views real estate specialist coming to you here from Laguna Niguel from the lovely neighborhood of El Niguel Heights. I'm standing here with my client, Teri who happens to be an empty nester buyer who recently just bought this beautiful home. I thought I could talk to Teri a few minutes today a little about why she bought here in El Niguel Heights being an empty nester, what was important to her, and what attracted her to this neighborhood. So Teri, thank you for being here today.
Teri: Thank you for having me, thank you
Gilda Duhs: So what attracted you to this neighborhood, El Niguel Heights? It's a single level home.
Teri: Well, I used to live here in El Niguel Heights. I raised all four of my children here so I knew the area very well. I was very comfortable to all of the surrounding areas so that was a draw in itself, but I also knew that El Niguel Heights had wonderful one story plans that a really very hard to find today. Especially ones that have some land to them, nice garage space, and floor plans that lay out a little nicer and larger.
I unfortunately lost my husband a couple of years ago so I am really looking for some place that I feel safe and secure in and I knew that the El Niguel Heights community could provide that. A lot of people think of El Niguel Heights as a family neighborhood, but I am looking at it being my second family. I have grandchildren now so I want a place for them to come and be safe and play. I am at the end of a cul-de-sac which is great.
