@gowdridge yes indeed,black mold,all over the place[that's tens times worse then your knife cut],take a 50/50 mixture of bleach and water and a scrub brush.use comet on the tub, scrub it,till it shines.Show us the results on video.You can't breath that black mold ever day.

before your ready to rebuild it or machine it,dump it in a bucket or tube of Molassis,mixed 1 part to 9 parts water,let it sit in the bucket 2 weeks and powerwash it to remove all rust,looks like new.Its safe to use,unlike acid.
