@32jd32 its not a Bob Dylan song. It's the theme song to "Charles in Charge", an old tv show. J Fallon is turning it into a 'Dylan style' song for fun. The actual song from the tv show is terrible; JImmy Fallon's version is way better. Awesome impression of Dylan too ;)
