Genre bending Rock n' Roll at it's finest, DAYME AND THE KICKS don't abide by musical boundaries, Dayme makes sure that her sound is a true original and stands on it's own. A melting pot of rock, retro, punk, funk, and blues.
DAYME writes songs with catchy hooks and strong melodies that resonate in their own atmosphere.
Formed in New York City in late 2010 DAYME AND THE KICKS is technically Dayme and her sound / songwriting . She works with a variety of very talented musicians, therefore keeping her performances fresh and unpredictable.
Dayme is a professional songwriter, producer and performer who has worked with many artists including Jay Z and Enrique Iglesias. Dayme takes each experience and influence with her to build on her already diverse musical talents. With her multifaceted sound Dayme crosses over into all genres including Latin Music.
Dayme loves to sing in English and Spanish and plans to record some of her hit songs in Spanish in the near future. She feels strongly that her songs can appeal to all countries and cultures as there is no language barrier when it comes to great melody.
There is no denying DAYME AND THE KICKS originality and there is no stopping them from accomplishing their main goal: ROCKING THE WORLD!
