I enjoyed your tutorial very much. It has helped. I've always wondered at the concept of not thinking and even when you're trying not to you are... you're thinking "I shouldn't be thinking" etc... So as you said, don't hold on to your thoughts just let them go...

This movie has no plot whatsoever. It's just like... brief intros and directly to the killing. What a waste of my time. Thank goodness I didn't go to the movies to see it.

Your exercises seem very useful, I'm trying them already, I'll let you know if I feel better. Thanks for sharing, and BTW I love the setting!
