To Burn an ISO Image
First off you need to download imgburn
Install imgburn
Open then click write files to disc
Choose the Windows 7 iso
Insert a blank DVD (4.7GB)
Select the write rate at 2x
Burn

Where to Get Windows 7
Windows 7 Beta is no longer available from Microsoft directly, you have to search up on sites such as Demonoid, Mininova, Piratebay etc. to find a Windows 7 iso in a torrent

Serial Key
If you need to get the serial for Windows 7, you can just go to the Microsoft webste.
