Regarding the Tasing incident: The subject is NOT 'acting like that' because she was 'drunk'. She's 'acting like that' because she has a neurological disease--not unlike an old lady with Alzheimer's, many of whom continue to terrorize the streets, driving vehicles unsafely. This is NOT the point! The point is that you don't go around shooting confused old ladies in the back with a Taser!
