Good to see re-hydration of the yeast but there was no discussion on wort temperature and I did not see you on camera aerate the wort prior to pitching the yeast. Both these issues are vitally important to maintaining healthy yeast and good fermentation. If the temperature is too high or too low ...

Great little video. Got my pressure cooker yesterday and this was the first recipe I tried.

I used a stick mixer to pulverise it a little after cooking and just leaving some chunks. Love it. Will be one of my regulars I think. I did add one fresh tomato peeled and chopped.

I know Lorna is an expert as her recipes and books speak for themselves. But I agree her videos are nothing short of shocking and useless. She is not helping book sales with these videos.
