Datacron 83 - The Republic Rebuilds (on ilum - Eastern Ice Shelf) is no longer bugged. Located at coords (x,y) 920, 1071. The start point for this datacron is 973, 995 at the edge of the Exhaustion Zone. Go thru the zone to get to south side of the ledge from starting point. Enjoy.
