About Jesus is LOVE
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no man goes to the Father except through Him. Jesus Christ chose to lay down His life for us. No one took His life, but He gave it freely. He became sin. Besides feeling the sin He became for us, He felt the agony of the punishment for it when he was hung on a tree. He had you on His mind when He did. He did it for you and me out of Love, because He IS LOVE.
Then, my friends, because He is God He rose again! Hallelujah! Out of His own awesome power and glory did He take his own life back. And through that act, we have eternal life in Him, if we only believe and follow HIM. He knew before He created us that we would never be worthy, never be deserving or capable of righteousness, so He gave us a way through Himself. He did that for us out of Love, because He is Love.
