I love to cook, I love to read. I spend alot of time reading cookbooks, I also love animals, and enjoy training and working with my dog, Tosco who is a bernese mt dog. I hate to run, but I do it anyway because it helps combat all the eating that goes with the cooking!

i just subscribed to your channel today, but i am already sooooo excited to get cooikng!! i love your receipes because they are quick! My husband works over nights and i work days and evenings so any spare time we have we like to be able to spend together so your receipes are perfect!! plus, they don't have any of that fancy shmancy stuff neither of us will ever eat! these are receipes i can make without adding or subtracting ingrediants!! thanx!! keep up the great work!!!

Hi Maria! I stumbled across your vid while looking for a stuffing recipie....yours looks awesome! I love to cook although I can't always afford the "top notch" ingredience....I try to add layers of flavor or "flavor suprises" to keep it interesting.Oh, and I LOVE animals. My small dog is diabetic and I have to spoon feed him twice a day then give him his insulin shot! (I use plastic spoon..LOL) I also LOVE reading J.D. Robb! If you read the "In Death" series....I know what made you wanna make a rich, handsome irish dish! LOL! I subscribed so I'm looking forward to the next vid! Happy Thanksgiving!
