I used to put this song on the jukebox, and then drink whiskey. Occasionally I'd go overboard on the whiskey and woke up when the janitors broom hit me in the head when he swept the floor.

The 60's and 70's were wild times. Ted Nugent and Mr. St Holmes were in the middle of it. You can hear those wild years in the music.

No overdubbing. No fake drum machines. Just plug in the guitars....and play. This is Detroit rock.

I think Gregg Rollie knew in 1980 the hard rock era of the 60's-70's American hippie bands was coming to an end. Disco was thriving. Or possibly he just got tired and wanted to retire.

This is okay, but Mr Peter Framptons version is better in my opinion. This song was written by a blues singer in the 1950's I think.

In 1980 I used some of my Precious Time getting hammered on whiskey, listening to this Journey album while partying with friends. Occasionally, I'd smoke some herb, and travel to other worlds. Good times!
