"Hello, everyone! We are the SK! Our video's song is Ken Hirai's 'Sekai de Ichiban Kimi ga Suki' ('I love you the most in the world'). Ken Hirai's famous songs include 'POP STAR', 'Canvas', and 'Hitomi wo Tojite' (Close Your Eyes), among others. 'Sekai de Ichiban Kimi ga Suki' is not a famous song, but it's a very beautiful one.
We worked on this video from December (2011) until yesterday (February 14, 2012). It was very difficult, but it was fun. That's why we're very happy now."

This was our third term project in our Japanese elective class: Make a music video of any song of your choice. After a short voting period, my group decided to go with this song, one of the two Ken Hirai songs I suggested. And thus, work began.
There's a reason why I became practically a totalitarian when it came to this project--I handled everything from storyboarding, to shooting, to editing. It's not only because it's now my last year in SPCP (and therefore this is my last major project in HS), but because of this simple fact:
I love Ken Hirai. Seriously, if it weren't for him, I'd probably still be a weeaboo until now. Ever since the moment I heard him sing 'Elegy' on Music Station (back when it was still being broadcasted on Animax--circa 2006), I immediately started delving even deeper into my love for Japan. I started liking it less because of the anime and more because of the culture.
I actually want to send this to him....does anyone know how I can do that? XD
