Macarthur didn't murder Filipinos. The Japanese did. Kuinosenmonkey review your facts. Filipinos welcomed him enthusiastically. This inlucded the Communist-led Hukbalahap guerillas.

@luisdiego29 what war was worse? what are the standards for measurements on these? the fil-american war was terrible. but because Amercians were naive imperialists, the Philippines then had the best public school system in all Asia. It also had the best public health system.
