V Festival is one of the biggest and best events on the UK music calendar and 2008 is no exception. Loyal fans of this music extravaganza enjoyed two days packed full of unforgettable live performances. Over the past twelve years, some festivals have not been able to live up to the standard set by V - it is the festival that music fans talk about and struggle to get tickets for simply because it gets the greatest acts around. The bands travelled between two venues on the 16th and 17th August performing to 160,000 loyal fans each day. The fantastic line up this year included the likes of Muse, Lenny Kravitz, Amy Winehouse, Duffy, The Verve, The Prodigy, The Kooks, Stereophonics, Amy MacDonald, Kaiser Chiefs, Kings Of Leon, Gabriella Cilmi.

"Dragostea Din Tei" è una della tante hit della dance band moldava O-Zone. La loro storia è cominciata nella Repubblica Moldava, dove Dan, Arsenie e Radu hanno conosciuto i loro primi successi musicali. In questo modo si sono convinti che la musica pop rumena poteva essere interessante x quanto riguarda il mercato europeo e potevano esserci i presupposti per l'inizio di una carriera Internazionale. Ecco perché nel 2002 gli O-Zone hanno dato un loro demo a Dan Popi un manager di un'etichetta discografica rumena nel quale hanno riposto la loro fiducia. Il loro primo singolo in Romania è stato: "Numai Tu" tratto dal loro album "Number 1". Numai Tu ha conquistato le classifiche radio e la Top 100 rumena. Nell'autunno 2002 gli O-zone tornano con un nuovo singolo "Despre Tine" e le nuove stelle della musica dance si accorgono di aver contaminato sia le radio sia le televisioni della Romania con "l'O-Zone Mania".

Mai scula, poate stiu mai bine decat tine cate premii au cei de la Animal X, si la vremea lor poate ne-au reprezentat cel mai bine international, dar vezi tu cu conceptia ta de roman? N-ai inteles aluzia. Ascultati Bieber, Spears, Lopez si care mai sunt prin topuri. Cu Animal X m-am referit ca sa ascultati muzica veche daca nu va place.
