Question everything, Do not believe anything you are told, without exploring the idea from your perspective of beliefs and then seek to understand the truth behind each perspective.

Reality was created from the mind, just as the ego was. Quiet the mind and explore what consciousness is. See, we believe in a typical reality, but that belief has changed drastically over the period of human life. (the world is flat, we are the center of the universe, there are only 3 dimensions, Time is linear...) The point is that reality is an illusion. Nature is not deceiving us, we are deceiving ourselves. But the consistent factor in all these beliefs is our consciousness, the awareness that we have beliefs. So explore a deeper level of thought. Don't think of something specific, think of what it feels like to be aware that your can think. Think about what if feels like to exist. Not the feeling of your beliefs and current emotions, the feeling of being alive, conscious, and aware. Make sure to ignore any previous expectations and have an open mind to new experiences. Just clear the mind and be aware of the present moment.

My ideas are simple, complex and deeply philosophical. But it is meaningless for me to try and describe them to you. Instead I want to put you in the right direction to find this information yourself. Because then it is your belief, your curiosity and understanding and motivation are in line with this belief, when you find the idea for yourself, it comes from within, then you will truly believe it, and that's the only way to understand it. You must actively seek a deeper understanding of life, if you want to find one. So pay attention to everything in life, be open-minded to the endless possibilities. Challenge your current beliefs and explore new ones. This mental organization and structuring can totally change your life. Its like the Placebo effect in medicine, If you believe your life is amazing, it will be amazing. So don't trap your mind with limiting beliefs, and instead choose the beliefs you enjoy having.

The Truth is stranger than fiction. Every moment we are conscious has an infinite amount of potential in it. What we do with out time in this form is up to our free will. We have been given all the tools our consciousness could ask for, so use them if you wish. So keep an open mind, question everything unbiasedly, and seek understanding and peace. This is simply the most logical way to live. Once you understand that your brain and consciousness is creating an illusion you call reality. Its true we could detach from this somewhat unreal reality, but the truth is it is real enough to learn from and enjoy, so we should make the best of it, but not be attached to the results we get, because its not the results that are important, it is simply how our brain interprets and perceives what happened. It is that consistent consciousness that we have control of. So let go of attachments and expectations and be aware of the moment and enjoy the time you have.
