Not safe dude. Chlorates with sulfer/sulfide based chemicals are prone to auto-ignition from even slight friction or static discharge. KClO/Al in the 70:30 ratio is much safer in my opinion. But if you must continue to use such a death-mix then at least include 1% baking soda and graphite.
