This shows a lack of understanding (on Microsoft's part as well as yours) of what Siri is.
Siri is not voice recognition, that part is powered by Nuance anyway. Siri is about NLP. Allowing you to say what you want instead of using commands.
So the voice recognition might improve as windows phone ...
