I have a 2000 Artist series with Lace Sensors and a 2004 Custom Shop fitted with the later noiseless pick ups. I will always prefer the Lace Sensors to the noiseless as they have a wider tonal response and are considerably clearer; however the noiseless do represent more of a standard strat feel....
