I have the greatest respect for Judge Napolitano's knowledge about constitutional law. When he talks about the detrimental effects of the 17th Amendment, I am all ears.

However, when he references "The Creature of Jekyll Island" as a historical account of the "Federal Reserve", he loses me. There is a gigantic difference between the "Federal Reserve System" and the "Federal Reserve" or "Fed".
