-I don't use any mics when i record my drum covers, everything you hear is coming right from the drums, nothing else. I'm not one of those goons with the million drum mics and triggers, i'm old school. I don't use fancy equipment to make my drums sound better, because they already sound good and all i needed was a drum key :-) .
