Q: What pencils do you use?
A: I use Faber Castell pencils in various leads. I mainly use 2H, B, 8B lead. You can get these art pencils in arts/crafts stores.
Q: Do you take art classes?
A: I am self taught through practice. I took a summer art seminar for 3 weeks in 2007 and a year-long art class (level 3) in high school, 2010.
Q: How do you get your drawings so lifelike?
A: You have to train your eye to see how to draw. You have to see shades and value and stuff. I don't know how to explain it... But, proportion and value matters a lot if you're trying to draw realistically.
Q: Why do you use a paper under your hand while drawing?
A: It is because I don't want to smear the part that I already drew.
Q: How long have you been drawing?
A: since September of 2006, age 13.
