Describe myself..... Right, Ok....
My Names Nia and I'm a Virgo... 27...

Right lets be serious now......
So I teach Pole Dancing, Pole Fitness, Pole Gymnastics, call it what you will its around a pole and it beats cramming yourself into a gym at peak times!
I established my Pole School in High Wycombe in 2008 and it has been growing ever since climbing from 2 classes a week to 5. My Pole School is called 'I Would Rather Be Pole Dancing' .... Heard of it? I doubt it?!
It's only me teaching the classes and at the moment I like that. I love the rapport I have with my students and it doesn't even feel like work some days. The emphasis in my class is FUN! I believe if your having fun then your body won't know its exercising! HA it's all a trick! :)
So in the next couple of months I am going to try and keep this all upto date - ( May 2010 I declare this! ) I have been quite lax on the video side of things as I always want them to be the best... maybe thats the perfectionist in me? Well nobody's perfect so I'll just upload anyway... as is... Just me... well and my girls :)
