In most stories, a guy would ask, "is _name?_ okay?", but what did Naruto do? He wakes up realizing KAKASHI ISN'T DEAD and went in search for that one...kage guy to leave Sasuke to him and not hurt him. So beat that you crazy no brain fan of NaruHina!
For SasuSasku, dang girls, it's an obvious fact that he already HAVE HAD ENOUGH with his fangirls in his life, and to add you loosers too, dang. He would probobably rather killed himself to join his family in the other world rather than be stuck with Sakura. Of course, there was a romantic scene where he saved her from Gaara, and of course there was also scene where he woke Sakura up in the first few episodes, and of couse they have a moment where he tells Sakura thanks, but that doesn't mean that they...connected. Anyone thinks that THAT is romantic is STUPID.
First part, Sasuke was dead crazy about killing Gaara. Saving Sakura never crossed his mind until Naruto tells him to save her. After that he left her for Pakkun to take care. That's nothing too special. (or near a romantic scene)
Second part, I have not a lot to say, but maybe he's just waking her up to see if she's okay since she's been through tough genjutsu.
Last part, "aw isn't it just great. Sasuke and Sakura were TOTALLY made for each othe-err err" Nope. Sakura was merely more just trying to stop Sasuke from leaving and at the same time confessing her love to Sasuke (real one this time). Although her words aren't really reasonable since they were more love related, she told him about not having him is like not having family, this he understand that she was trying to understand him which she doesn't really much, he thanked her for trying and for her brave step up, but other than that it's nothing near what he's looking for. The other thing is that when he thanked her DOESN'T MEAN that it's a confession stupid bitches!

I'm a BIG FAN of SASUHINA!I like to argue against those who keeps on saying this couple is impossible, and that they never interact in any ways, cause I can always find disadvantage for stupid SasuSaku and NaruHina bitches that keeps on thinking those pair is likely to happen. What I wrote on this profile was merely just the 1/10 part of what I have to say about how the other couples is less like to happen too. Now until Naruto ENDS, people can start saying shit however they like, in the mean time, I and the other SasuHina fans don't need your stupidity of logicalness of Naruto. You and I are NOT Masashi Kishimoto and especially not is thoughts and his plans, so don't be going around saying who matches who. Until you can get Kishi to spit and show proof, that what happens and what didn't. On the other hand, if the fans still hold strong to their favorite, don't go around telling them, "Well, you do know that.....didn't end up together in the real anime right?" 'cause if the ending was announced then yes they know. Like SessKago from Inuyasha. In reality Kago and Yasha got together, not SessKago, but their fans are still taking a liking in them. So if you disagree, you better have a good point and NOT excuses.
