I love traditional British eccentrics and here's a film with two of them. Brian Haw and Charlie Chaplin.
Brian's been sleeping opposite the Palace of Westminster for about six years to protest against our treatment of Iraq. 'Charlie' is my friend Neil who, thanks to the new anti protest exclusion zone outside parliament (unless you get prior authorisation from the police) was recently arrested for holding a sign outside Downing Street that said "You have the right to remain silent" whilst dressed as Chaplin's tramp. For this video he's dressed as the great dictator but Brian offered to make the speech instead.
