I hate it when parents think food is love. I bet when these kids are in their teens and being bullied at high school they are not gonna be fond of their parents.

During my teens weight crept on me as well and even though I was eating things myself , I blame my parents as well especially my mom for not being there for me to teach me about healthy eating and exercise. I am now at a stage where I know about how to live healthy life style.

@DavidSoda It is easy just start with learn and burn and then progress to the 20 minute workout. After you have mastered these two workouts then move to cardio party . the moves from turbofire are much tougher.
