k, so you go to the top of your page where it says all of tat "post bollitain", and "settings", and you go to themes and colors. click on it, and go to the bottom of it and find advanced options. click on that, and go to where it has a space, and click on the button directaly to the left. it will show all of your pictures. click on one, and it will appear on the bg. ( i would prefear if you make your bg more transparent so you can see it)
