About this user

I am the Founder of I Chose To Live, LLC, which is an eating disorder outreach program based upon athletic team prinicples. The goal is to build a team of passionate people to help lead others into recovery-- and eliminate eating disorders.

I am a former college lacrosse player and graduate of Wesley College. I struggled with anorexia nervosa for over 4 years in silence. I am now using my experiences to educate and help others. My anoreixa is a part of my past, yet it will never define me as a person. It has however, given my life true meaning and purpose.

I now travel the country and speak to universities all over the country on ED awareness, recovery and prevention. Live Your Life and never give up!
