@BazBlog well i tried methyl 1-d with formadrol extreme with con-cret and whey protein but stopped because i didnt want to mess my hormones up at a early age. but i took whey protein with creatine monohydrate and with sleeping and lifting regularly i still didnt get like i wanted to.....do u reco...
