@kingjaron123 You're right. It just goes with the personality type, or something like that. Playing jazz and smoking grass are both because of the personality of the player, but they have nothing to do with each other.

I'm noticing with this "only thumb and one finger" thing a few of you are commenting on that he use the rest of his fingers to form a steady base on the pickguard. @dirtyolcanyanero Don't worry about the speed. You'll find it'll just come out of nowhere. Concentrate on your technique and keeping relaxed and loose. Don't get frustrated that you can't play fast enough, just work on tone and precision etc. - work slow then gradually faster, and then one day yo...

I like it mate. You've got a real good voice and your sweep picking of those chords is real precise. And done at the same time. Excellent job. Got any vids of you playing with a double bass player? That would sound cool.

Why was that, out of interest, psychochris? I thihnk I personally preferred them with the double bass, it made it sound a bit more kind of roots-ey, but each to their own of course.

@FranzBisciu This video is an example solos and rhythm playing why he is more enjoyable to listen to than the "guitar gods" - Clapton, Hendrix, SRV etc. - his playing has so much more rhythm and texture and colour to it to my ear. @Antimonkey125 He didn't do it "upside down". He played a right handed guitar with the strings reversed. Which meant that his string-order was conventional, not upside down.

If this is true then it doesn't surprise me. Clapton's a complete a - hole by all accounts.
