Way back in March 2008, robby63 commented on my post of Hallelujah. He was one of the few early commentators on my songs. It inspired me to write the Thankyou Song and from there on to write an albums worth of songs. You tube has been the inspiration for finding myself musically and been responsible for the making of new friendships over thousands of miles. Last week we got to meet Robby in New Jersey on the last leg of our holiday, a trip arranged for my 40th birthday. In this video (kindly filmed by my wife Frances - the newly crowned Yankees Princess - yes we are now hardcore Yankees fans ) me and Robby sing With a little help from my friends. What can I say about Robby that you don't already know. He encourages so many people here on You tube and has great things to say about you all. I am sure you will also agree that Robby has a great singing voice..this is his dueting debut, lets hope its not his last....
So - thanks Robby for a) agreeing to sing ! and b) making the last couple of days of our trip great fun..we are still aching from the baseball nets !!!
