In my most humble opinion, the only possible match for this recording is the Harrell/Ashkenzy 1983. So overwhelmingly intense and gorgeous as a whole.

Excellent recording, brilliant chamber playing. The video is a bit low quality, but the musical interaction between the players is excellent, and the solos sound absolutely gorgeous. 9/10
