heel to toe is incorrect. Heel to toe running is a result from people buying running shoes with huge heels. Natural running is landing on the balls of your feet like how you would when you run barefoot. You should take the video down expert village.

This video assumes people have high quality eduction in science. A high percentage of the naysayers are either poorly educated or only studied business while in college. They have a terrible understanding of science and will not be able to comprehend it.
