About Me:

Aaron Jafarlee Pursley(born July 29, 1994), better known by his stage name Young Boss or A.J., is a 15 year old producer/writer/rap artist. Born in Mansura, Louisiana, the son of Jeraldine Pursley and Oscar Howerd . A year after his birth, his father walked out, leaving Aaron and his mother alone. Aaron and his mother soon moved to Atlanta Georgia. One summer aaron went to visit his grandma in Louisiana and decided to stay in Louisiana leaving his mom in Georgia. Growing up aaron got reunited with his father. Leaving a new life a couple of years later, as a kid he was exposed to music by his friends, who attend his elementary school, had come in his life, not a moment late. As a young child, he became interested in hip-hop, performing and lip singing to artists such as Bow Wow, Lil Wayne, and T.I. around the age of Ten Aaron had found the ambition to rap, and was under the name " Lil A " and formed the group " G-Mode " around 2005, he wrote his first song "Spit Fire". Within the community, he frequently participated in neighborhood freestyle battles. Through he would later struggle with the nature of his small fame, as well as lyrical expectations, Young Boss endured substantial obstacles throughout his young yet remarkably dramatic entrance into the rap game. Before becoming one of the most greatest figures in hip hop. Young Boss had suffered through hatred and harsh critics which the public eye had given him. Entering the hip hop game, Young Boss had been exposed to negative messages and comments, which pulled him out of the game for a while. Not knowing what he was putting himself into, he decided to take a break and learn the story behind Hip Hop and got closer to God. Then later on decided to switch to Gospel Rap because he notice that every new artist was trying to the new Lil Wayne Or Drake. So he though to him that he could be rapping the same stuff Wayne and Drake spit but in a positive way. Stepping back into the game in the summer of 2009, he is experienced and ready for anything, following his goal to be in the music industry. Hoping to make it one day.
