Their is really no "Block" button on Xbox live, It's just an "Avoid This Player" button. But just do that and they wont be able to join your games, and will remove them from your friends list if they are. You can also block them on IM so they cant message you. If someone just keeps annoying you, ...

This isnt really a game you can LP, just a game that I can easily see you playing and is also really fun to play. It's "League of Legends". It's a pc game, you download it for free. So try it out! It's a great game!
