"'I'm Over The Ups And Downs" was an easy choice for the first video off of 'Parallels' because it showcases almost all aspects of the composition that reoccur in the entire album," explains Auburn frontman Brian Colantonio. "Personally, I like how the chorus is both lyrically and melodically uplifting while still maintaining how 'heavy' the song actually is."
"The filming of this video was a lot of fun. We were fortunate to work with our close friend Robert Nordberg who is not only very talented but he really helped bring out how we take our music very seriously while not taking *ourselves* seriously at all. Thinking back I'm not sure who came up with the concept... I believe it was a group effort... excluding myself," laughs Colantonio.

Ah nice one, sounds good so far. Well post your band's myspace/facebook on our f/b wall and we'll give you some rep, we've got some American fans on our f/b see if we can find you a bassist an drummer :) Definitely man, if we ever make it, I wana be on warped too! FFHGxxx
You just gotta work your arse off and write the best music you can. Use the internet to it's fullest potential as well, and make sure no one in your band is lazy. Oh and get your music to as many people as possible, and bug promoters for gigs all the time. You'll get somewhere eventually. Send off press packs to labels every now and again too!
Um I dunna, I'd like to play loads of gigs, but we're not always all free. But this year I'm gonna try an get us as many gigs as I can, I slacked last year aha.
