@IsCommentingCool hey you know what though, im 5'4" 140lbs 16 years old and you know I've actually topped out at like 87 and constantly threw 85, and that was before my surgery. I didn't believe myself when i heard i threw that hard so i dont expect many of you youtube people to believe me either...

@gramual thanks for the reply. would you recommend BSN Syntha-6 or Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex as an after workout protein? Are both whey protein? and what type of casein protein would you recommend?

@golfer82484 hahaha pretty good if you can get 22 miles per gallon with a 16 pound ball, we should use 16 pound bowling balls for transportation instead of some of these gas guzzlers out there. haha.
