Hope this guy does well. Good luck in your up coming fight. He may not be in the ufc, but hes been the most successful out of every one of the TUF 7 show, in my opinion, having more fights than them per year. Advantage of not being in the ufc.

Good interview. But he said he has 70g of protein per meal? How many meals does he have a day, whats his overall protein intake? I know they say 1g per pound of body weight, but i cant possibility eat that much. Don't know how eating that much protein doesn't give him kidney stones.

@themancaneatme801 In pride he was normally at 220-225. Hes never been a big heavy weight. He actually weighs in heavier now in the ufc than in his pride days. But he doesn't look as lean, probably why.
